Who we are

To ensure that Achievement through Collaboration is well placed to make a significant contribution to improving attainment at Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 4, as well as improving outcomes for young people more widely the focus areas of our strategic plan align with the widely, recognised indicators of “strong trusts”

Achievement through Collaboration (AtC) is a Trust of strong schools located across the North West. Together, we strive to ensure our pupils have access to the powerful learning that breaks cycles of disadvantage and drives social justice.

At Achievement through Collaboration we Achieve:

At Achievement through Collaboration we Belong:

At Achievement through Collaboration we Collaborate:

Autonomy-Standardisation-Alignment

However, whilst our mission unites us, it is of utmost importance to us that AtC schools retain their individuality so that they can effectively serve their unique communities.

Through a clear scheme of delegation and articulation of the values and beliefs of Achievement through Collaboration, we’ve built an organisation where schools have the individuality to make the right choices for their pupils, staff and communities within a culture of alignment.
